After all, you will need the time bonus. Detective Jones is the one who tells you what to do, and gives you hints along the way, as soon as you start playing. However the hints have their limits, at five bars.

You do have a Tablet within the game, which is where you get your cases from. And as for the cases, not only do you need to find all the clues on the crime scene, there’s a lab where each of the autopsies are performed and you have to discuss and go all the not-so-gory stuff, in order that the lab geek provides you with another clue about the criminal you’re attempting to catch. You also have a forensic kit.
Your hints, score and time bonus, are added up after you discover the clues, and they are the things that decide whether you have a star or otherwise. And don’t forget the gold coins. They all so offer you experience, and are what boost your level. To investigate cases, you need your power. And every case possesses its own energy cost. So, after getting all the clues, you need to arrest the killer. And there’s always more than one suspect. You have to arrest the main one with the most matches.
If you like the ‘identify and spot the object’ kind of game, but, Criminal Case is quite fun to play.
